PITTSFIELD — The anticipated Tito’s Mexican Grill, replacing Baba Louie’s at 34 Depot St., has come to fruition.
Co-owner Luis Verde had planned to open the restaurant by early December, but the opening was delayed while he waited for the state to approve the liquor license transfer from Baba Louie’s to Tito’s, which occurred Dec. 13.
